Leading with vision and a heart for service! The Institute of Diverse Outdoor Leaders (LODI Scouts) proudly celebrates the appointment of a true pillar in our scouting community.

We extend our warmest congratulations to SL. Charlie P. Maghanoy, ALT on his appointment as the Acting Council Chairman of the Rizal Council. This milestone reflects a lifetime of dedication to the ideals of the scouting movement.

A leader of immense experience and character, SL. Maghanoy exemplifies the "Duty to Others" that we strive to instill in every member of Troop 19, Outfit 20, and Circle 21. His elevation to this vital role within the Rizal Council is a testament to his unwavering commitment to service, innovation, and "Scouting for All."
