To those interested in joining, please prepare the following REQUIREMENTS:

✅ 2x2 ID Picture
✅ Voter’s Certification (registered in Barangay San Isidro) If under age or non-voter you must submit your parents/ guardians voters certificate.
✅ Birth Certificate
✅ Valid ID (Barangay San Isidro address)

🏀 BASKETBALL DIVISIONS:
🔹 Midget Division – 17 years old and below
🔹 Junior Division – 18 to 21 years old
🔹 Senior Division – 22 to 39 years old
🔹 Super Senior Division – 40 years old and above

🏐 VOLLEYBALL DIVISIONS:
🔸 Men’s Division – No age limit
🔸 Women’s Division – No age limit
