Official Notice Regarding Violation of Group Rules

This serves as a reminder that posting insulting, threatening, or offensive remarks against HOA officers, staff, or fellow members is strictly prohibited.

Online harassment, name-calling, shaming, and the use of vulgar, obscene, discriminatory, or hate-filled language in any post related to the HOA or our community are also strictly forbidden.

Any member who violates these rules will be automatically removed from the group without prior notice.

All members are encouraged to maintain respect and order within our online community. Concerns should be raised through proper and official channels.

Ipinababatid po namin na ang halalan ay tapos na, at ang Komite ng Halalan (Elecom) ay magsisimula na sa opisyal na bilangan ng mga boto upang matukoy ang mga mananalong kandidato para sa ating HOA Election ngayong taon.

Lubos po kaming nagpapasalamat sa lahat ng homeowners na aktibong lumahok at ginamit ang kanilang karapatang bumoto. Ang inyong pakikiisa ay patunay ng inyong malasakit at suporta para sa ikabubuti ng ating komunidad.
