Today, May 9, 2026, the PUP-Ragay Beta Sigma Fraternity and Sigma Beta Sorority, in partnership with the Beta Sigma Fraternity Camarines Sur Assembly, successfully conducted its annual Operation Malmon Cut (Libreng Tuli) at the Andaya SK Building in Ragay Camarines Sur.

Through the united efforts of volunteers, doctors, medical personnel, sponsors, and organization members, free circumcision services and medicines were provided to the youth — promoting health, cleanliness, compassion, and community service.

Furthermore, this meaningful outreach was made possible through the support generated from the recently concluded Fun Run (Takbo para sa mga Batang Ragayano), which served as the Fraternity’s fundraising project for the activity. A true testament that when brotherhood and sisterhood unite with a purpose, service becomes action and compassion becomes impact. ❤️

Special thanks to everyone who shared their time, effort, and resources to make this meaningful initiative successful.

We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to our Municipal Mayor BGH Horibata , for allowing us to use the SK Building for our event. Your support and generosity greatly contributed to the success of this meaningful activity. Thank you for always supporting programs that benefit the community and the youth of Ragay.

Calling all Batang Ragayano!

The Beta Sigma Fraternity & Sigma Beta Sorority – PUP Ragay Chapter invites everyone to join our FREE Circumcision Program, “Operation Malmon Cut: Libreng Tuli ni Manoy,” on May 9, 2026, 8:00 AM onwards at the SK Building, Poblacion Iraya, Ragay, Camarines Sur.

This activity is in partnership with the Camarines Sur Assembly Brothers and Sisters Doctors to provide free circumcision services for the youth of Ragay.

We encourage parents and guardians to bring their children and avail of this free service. Please note that slots are limited to 50–60 participants only on a first come, first served basis.

For hygiene purposes, parents and guardians are advised to let their child take a bath before the procedure.

Together, let us continue serving and helping our fellow Batang Ragayano. 💙
