Children with or trisomy 21 deserve to be raised in a society that cares for their health and well-being , and ensures their access to quality education - just like everyone.

Thus, in line with , I am pushing for the Inclusive Education for Children and Youth with Special Needs (CYSNs) Act or Senate Bill No. 69.

This measure aims to provide children with Down Syndrome and all equal opportunity to quality education and lifelong learning!
