The open forum transpired as follows:
1. A query was raised by a member, Mr. Henry Infante, asking whether members of LGQEA can get their share capital to register with LGQECC. The President responded that the body allows any member to get their capital. However, such recourse will be a bar on future social program applications, as this share capital serves as the security for the members to return the borrowed amount from LGQEA funds. The Treasurer added that the act of pulling out one's 'Share Capital' is risky, as members may renege from returning their outstanding dues.
2. A suggestion was raised by a member, Ms. Iselle Tumaliuan, asking whether a certain percentage of the charges, say, three percent will inure to the shares of the members. The President noted this and assured the body that officers shall include studying its feasibility.
3. Member Pablo Aligado Jr. suggested that the absentee members during GA should be suspended from availing the benefits of the Social Program. The President noted the same.
