AURORA— In line with Executive Order No. 70 or the Whole-of-Nation Approach to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (ELCAC), the 2nd Aurora Provincial Mobile Force Company successfully facilitated the withdrawal of support of a former Militiang Bayan member and surrendered one (1) Improvised Caliber 22 held at the Brgy. Dibacong, Casiguran, Aurora on June 17, 2026.

Under the decisive leadership of PBGEN JESS B MENDEZ, Regional Director, PRO 3 and Chairperson of the RTF-ELCAC 3 TWG, the campaign for lasting peace in Central Luzon continues to gain momentum.

This success highlights the effective collaboration within the Joint Regional Task Force 3 (JRTF3) and the unwavering commitment of our police force to encourage rebels to return to the fold of the law.

We remain dedicated to ensuring the safety and security of our communities through community-based engagement and strategic peace initiatives.

NUEVA ECIJA— In line with Executive Order No. 70 or the Whole-of-Nation Approach to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (ELCAC), the 1st Nueva Ecija Provincial Mobile Force Company successfully facilitated the withdrawal of support of a former member of the Communist Terrorist Group (CTG), particularly the Joselito Corpuz Command under KLG Sierra Madre (Dismantled) and surrendered with a caliber.38 revolver without markings, and four pieces of live caliber .38 ammunition on June 17, 2026.

Under the decisive leadership of PBGEN JESS B MENDEZ, Regional Director, PRO 3 and Chairperson of the RTF-ELCAC 3 TWG, the campaign for lasting peace in Central Luzon continues to gain momentum.
