๐๐ก ๐ฃ๐๐ข๐ง๐ข๐ฆ | BPCA at Gabay sa Pagsasanay: Capacity Building and Training for Trainers and Facilitators ๐
Last September 19โ20, 2026, the Barangay Pansol Council for the Protection of Children (BCPC), in coordination with the Barangay Pansol Childrenโs Association (BPCA), conducted โGabay sa Pagsasanay: Capacity Building and Training for Trainers & Facilitatorsโ at Blissful View, San Mateo, Rizal. ๐ก
Moreover, the two-day capacity-building activity focused on strengthening the knowledge, skills, and readiness of the BPCA as trainers and facilitators, equipping its members to effectively conduct learning sessions, workshops, and child-centered initiatives within the community.
As the youth organization at the forefront of child participation in Barangay Pansol, the BPCA itself serves as the pool of trainers and facilitators who will carry forward the knowledge and skills gained from the training and translate them into meaningful programs for fellow children and the community. ๐ถ
This initiative forms part of the organizationโs 4 Eโs: Empower, Encourage, Equip, and Educateโwith this activity embodying EQUIP, as it prepares BPCA members with the knowledge, skills, and capacity needed to take on their roles as trainers and facilitators and serve their fellow children more effectively!
Through learning, collaboration, and shared responsibility, the activity further strengthens the commitment to a community where every child is protected, heard, valued, and empowered to participate.
