COURTESY – to ensure that customers should be treated politely or shows a respectful attitude. COMPETENCE – the ability to do a job successfully or efficiently is a vital ingredient to meet or surpass customer satisfaction. The Philippine Awards for Outstanding Entrepreneurs is conferred to individuals who have excelled in their respective line of business or industry and to acknowledge their continued pursuit to excellence and noteworthy achievement. ELIGIBILITY
Company/products/brands/services must qualify in the criteria used based on the market research and survey made by PCEM Inc. Market & Data Research Team. The company/product/brands/services being chosen will have the privilege to be recognized in the Philippine Awards for Customer Service Excellence (PACSE) and is conferred the ”Seal of Excellence” which can be use in their business and marketing campaign. SELECTION PROCESS
Based on the nominations given by an individual or independent party from different organizations and industry. A further market research and survey is then conducted by the PCEM INC.’s Market & Data Research Team to determine the outstanding entrepreneurs, companies, brands, products and services. A thorough evaluation and review is done by Philippine Awards for Customer Service Excellence Council. The PHILIPPINE AWARD’S FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXCELLENCE “SEALS OF EXCELLENCE” (Gold, Silver & Bronze) are use to recognize individuals, companies, brands, products and services that exemplify business and customer service excellence. Nominations forms are being given/ distributed during the event and in some events like seminars, exhibit and trade shows. Selected companies, individuals and nominees are carefully evaluated by the Research committee then the results are being forwarded to event organizer. Recipients are privileged to place their ads SMART BUSINESS ENTREPRENEUR MAGAZINE which could help them to create awareness and promotions about their company, product, brand and services which can lead to positive result and great volume of sales. The magazines are being given/ distributed during the awards night. Some copies are being distributed in some areas in quezon city like news stand, commercial and government establishments nationwide. 5000- 10,000 copies every year are being published.
