Last Tuesday, July 7, the Student Council Officers personally delivered the cash donations collected through the "Handog na โ‚ฑ50, Hatid na Pag-asa" donation drive for the victims of the Mindanao earthquake. Through the generosity and compassion of our school community, we were able to raise a total of โ‚ฑ15,150.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to our students, parents, teachers, and everyone who generously supported this initiative. Every contribution, no matter the amount, is a meaningful expression of love, hope, and solidarity with our fellow Filipinos during this difficult time.

"Together, we proved that even the simplest act of giving can make a lasting impact."

In response to the recent earthquakes that have affected many communities in Mindanao, the Student Council is launching a fundraising campaign entitled "Handog na 50 Pesos, Hatid na Pag-asa." Through this initiative, we hope to extend support and encouragement to families who are facing difficult challenges as they recover from this calamity.

As a simple act of kindness and solidarity, we encourage students to save Php 10.00 a day for five days and contribute a total of Php 50.00 to the fundraising drive. While this amount may seem small, when combined with the contributions of the entire JASMS community, it can make a meaningful difference in the lives of those affected. Families who wish to contribute beyond the suggested amount are also welcome to do so.
