WEST FAIRVIEW HIGH SCHOOL OUTFIT 132
Institutional Board of Review – Pathfinder Scout Rank

West Fairview High School Outfit 132 successfully conducted its Institutional Board of Review for the Pathfinder Scout Rank, providing Senior Scouts an opportunity to demonstrate not only the skills and requirements they have accomplished, but also their growth in character, responsibility, leadership, and service.

Advancement is more than earning a rank—it is a journey of personal growth and leadership development. Each step challenges a Senior Scout to become more prepared, responsible, and capable of leading others while living out the ideals of Scouting.

One rank at a time.

One challenge at a time.

One leader at a time.

🫡 Padayon, West Fairvians!

All for the Glory of God and in the Service of the Filipino Youth.

LEADERS IN THE MAKING | NCR CLTC 26-022

The Senior Scouts of West Fairview High School Outfit 132 proudly participated in NCR CLTC 26-022 (Crew Leaders Training Course) conducted by the BSP Quezon City Council.

Adding pride to the occasion, our very own Tatay Pogi, Scout Leader Archibald S. Salangsang, served as the Course Leader, guiding young scouts through experiences designed to strengthen their leadership, teamwork, responsibility, and confidence.

The Crew Leaders Training Course is more than just a training—it is an opportunity for Senior Scouts to learn how to lead by example, work with others, make responsible decisions, and serve their fellow scouts. Through such experiences, scouts are prepared not only to become better crew leaders, but also responsible young leaders in their schools, communities, and future endeavors.

Train to Lead. Lead to Serve. Serve with Purpose.

Padayon, West Fairvians! 🦅⚜️

A HEARTFELT THANK YOU, BSP QUEZON CITY COUNCIL EAGLE SCOUTS ASSOCIATION!

West Fairview High School Outfit 132 extends our deepest gratitude to the BSP Quezon City Council Eagle Scouts Association President, Eagle Scout Joshua Villanueva, and the dedicated officers of the Association for gracing our Investiture Ceremony as our Guest Speaker and for sharing your time, wisdom, and inspiring message with our young scouts.

Your presence made the occasion even more meaningful—not only because of the message you delivered, but because you stood before our scouts as living examples of what youth leadership, service, and commitment can achieve.

Having youth leaders as inspirational speakers during events like an Investiture Ceremony is significant. Young scouts need more than words—they need people they can look up to, relate to, and believe in. When they hear from leaders who once stood where they stand today, the journey from being a young scout to becoming a servant-leader becomes more real, attainable, and inspiring.

Your story reminds our scouts that leadership is not defined by age, position, or title—it is demonstrated through service, responsibility, courage, and the willingness to inspire others.

May your example continue to ignite the spirit of Scouting among our young people and inspire them to rise, lead, and serve with purpose.

Thank you for helping us inspire the next generation of Eagle Scouts. 🦅

TO SOAR: Rising with the Promise, Leading with Purpose, Serving with Honor.

All for the Glory of God and in the Service of the Filipino Youth.

🦅 Padayon, AGILAS of BSP QCC🦅

🇵🇭 National Heroes Day | August 31, 2026

Today, we honor the courage, sacrifice, and patriotism of the Filipino heroes who dedicated their lives for our nation's freedom and future.

Their bravery continues to inspire us to serve with integrity, lead with compassion, and love our country through our everyday actions. May we carry forward their legacy by becoming heroes in our own communities—through service, unity, and responsibility.

Mabuhay ang ating mga Bayani! Mabuhay ang Pilipinas! ❤️💙💛
