Philippinesโ€™ heat index is a potent blend of temperature and humidity, routinely exceeding 42ยฐC as per PAGASA warnings. We, the tourism students, is reminding everyone that these exceeding levels signal โ€œdangerโ€, with the high risks of heatstroke, dehydration, and exhaustion nationwide.

We encourage everyone to monitor PAGASA updates daily, hydrate proactively, seek shade or air-conditioned spaces, and wear breathable, protecting clothing. Simple steps like these safeguard health amid our tropical climateโ€”knowledge is your best defense.
