Who Gets Access to Opportunity?
As infrastructure and mobility continue to shape how people live, work, and connect, creating truly inclusive communities means looking beyond buildings—and understanding how the built environment can expand access to opportunity.
We're honored to welcome Mario Lawrence C. Suelto, Senior Staff and Technical Coordinator at the Philippine Green Building Council (PHILGBC), as one of our panel speakers for the Fireside Chat, "Who Gets Access to Opportunity? Infrastructure, Mobility, and the Geography of Inclusion," at the 6th OSHDP Affordable Housing Summit 2026.
With over a decade of experience in green building policy, research, standards, and program development, Mario has played a key role in advancing more sustainable and climate-responsive practices in the Philippine building industry. His work brings together public- and private-sector stakeholders through technical dialogues, policy initiatives, research, and capacity-building programs.
His engagement with the World Green Building Council (WorldGBC) further connects his work in the Philippines to global efforts on climate action, circularity, health and well-being, and better places for people.
Join us as we explore how infrastructure, mobility, and sustainable development can help create communities where opportunity is not determined by where you live.
Be part of the conversation on August 20, 2026, at Fairmont Makati.
