The Philippine Heart Center is conducting its Annual Disposal of Unserviceable Hospital Properties and Equipment under Disposal Committee for Equipment Entry No. DCE-2026-001.

Interested buyers are invited to submit a price quotation on a per-kilogram basis (assorted materials) for the listed items.

In line with the rebidding of the disposal by sale through auction of unserviceable hospital vehicles of the Philippine Heart Center (PHC) under Disposal Committee Entry No. DCE-2025-003(R), located at the EMD Motorpool/Parking Area, all interested PHC employees are hereby informed of the following bidding schedule:

Date : November 7, 2025 (Friday)
Time : 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon
Venue : CHF Grand Auditorium Reception, 3rd Floor, Annex Building, Philippine Heart Center

Please be advised that this auction is EXCLUSIVE FOR PHILIPPINE HEART CENTER EMPLOYEES ONLY.

The bidding shall be conducted in the presence of the Disposal Committee for Equipment, a PHCEA-AHW representative, and qualified bidders/employees.

For proper guidance, all interested bidders are strictly required to abide by the instructions and conditions stipulated in the attached INVITATION TO BID (ITB) No. DCE-2025-003.
