Rejection is one of the most common human experiences, but also one of the most hurtful. Sometimes, the people we love can be the very people who hurt us most.

But this Sunday's Gospel reminds us that rejection is not only something we experience. God also experienced rejection from us. Despite the fact that He always loves us and continuously reaches out to us, we still reject Him.

May this Sunday's reminder be simple - reject sin, not God’s love. 💙

Standing and growing takes time, but rooted in the Spirit, it’s always real. Day 2 of GSS reminded us that true transformation happens deeply from the inside out!

Big thanks to our amazing Day 2 speakers, Sis. Emma Mijares and Nona Reyes, for sharing their stories, wisdom, and insights that inspired us to keep growing deeper in faith and closer to God! 💙

And of course, we wrapped up the day with the Holy Mass, presided by Fr. Vinz Anthony Aurellano. A beautiful reminder that after all the learning and reflection, everything always leads us back to the One who makes our growth possible.

✨ GROWTH IN THE SPIRIT | SEMINAR DAY 1 ✨

Welcome back, Class of St. Mother Teresa of Calcutta! 🙏💙

Day 1 was filled with prayer, reflection, learning, and meaningful moments as we gathered to deepen our faith and grow closer to God. 🕊️

We began with a prayer led by Bro. Henry Villar, followed by inspiring talks from our in-house speakers: Sis. Laura Gison, Sis. Nona Reyes, Sis. Josel Cruz, Sis. Ellen Castillo, and Sis. Beema Villar. 🌿

We ended the day with the Holy Mass, presided over by Fr. Jose Vidamor “Jo” Yu, giving thanks for a grace-filled beginning. 🙏

Jesus’ parables can be His way of calling us out, reminding us that saying “yes” means little if we never do the Father’s will. The challenge is to be sincere, not plastic or people-pleasing, and to let our actions reflect the faith we profess.

Many enter heaven not because they are perfect, but because they are pardoned. At the end of the day, may our imperfect “yes” be a sincere one that honors the Father.

What a Sunday!

We gathered as one community to celebrate the Holy Mass, with Fr. Godwin Tatlonghari as our Mass Presider, and continued the celebration through a powerful time of praise and worship! 🙌🏻

From prayer to praise, from quiet moments to singing our hearts out. God, this is our offering to You. Our voices, our hearts, our joy, and everything we are. 🤍

Another Sunday spent in His presence, surrounded by people who choose to worship together. 🔥

Be grateful, not entitled, for every grace and opportunity God gives us, knowing that we are all laborers in His vineyard. Be gracious like God, and when others are blessed, choose kindness over envy, because God is merciful to all. 🤍

Along with inspiring teachings and a quiet prayer, this Saturday’s Mass left us with a powerful reminder.

May we find the strength to choose mercy over anger, and to love without expecting anything in return. Letting go of pride is hard, but forgiveness is ultimately a gift of freedom we give to ourselves.
