It is the first in our series of academic events, organized to help anyoneβ€”philosophy majors and non-philosophy majors alikeβ€”with anything and everything related to philosophy.

THE VEIL OF LEGALITY

Position of the Apeiron Core Group on the recent ruling of the Supreme Court regarding the impeachment of Vice President Sara Duterte

On July 25, the Supreme Court declared the Articles of Impeachment against Sara Duterte NULL and VOID AB INITIO by virtue of it being β€œbarred” under the one-year ban in Article XI, Section 3(5) of the Constitution (hereinafter, the Decision). The Apeiron Core Group expresses utter dismay towards the decision of the Supreme Court that effectively denies us, the Filipino people, of the accountability that we so rightfully deserve.
