๐ŸŽ“ Schools should be safe spaces for everyone.

Under RA 11166, the Philippine HIV and AIDS Policy Act of 2018, bawal sa schools at learning institutions ang discrimination dahil sa actual, perceived, or suspected HIV status ng isang student.

opens conversations about love, care, and the people who stay when things get difficult. ๐Ÿฅน

For people living with HIV, getting support can mean having someone who listens without judgment, accompanies them to an appointment, helps them stay connected to treatment, or simply reminds them that they are not alone.

HIV does not erase someone's right to love, care, dignity, and community. And no one should have to face a health concern alone because they are afraid of being judged or rejected. Let's build communities where people don't have to hide when they need help. ๐Ÿซถ

Hindi kailangan matakot sa taong may HIV. What we need is accurate information, accessible prevention, and less stigma. ๐Ÿงก

HIV is not transmitted through hugs, handshakes, sharing food, kissing, or simply being around someone living with HIV. And remember: U=U. When a person living with HIV is on effective treatment and maintains an undetectable viral load, they do not s*xually transmit HIV.

๐ŸŒง๏ธ Ingat, mga mahal ๐Ÿ’›

Unpredictable talaga ang panahon, kaya kung kailangan nating lumabas, letโ€™s take a little extra time to look after ourselves. Bring your umbrella, raincoat, extra clothes, and other rain essentials, and stay updated sa weather advisories in your area.

At kung may plans kayo with your partner or friends, take care of each other, too. Check in, communicate, and make choices that keep everyone safe and comfortable. Whether itโ€™s staying in, postponing plans, or practicing safer s*x, walang masama sa pag-aalaga sa sarili at sa isaโ€™t isa. ๐Ÿซถ

Kung may kaibigan kang maaaring makinabang sa PrEP, this is your sign to invite them.

Were your able to attend : SOGIESC 101? ๐Ÿณ๏ธโ€๐ŸŒˆ

For many years, the word was used as a slur to shame, ridicule, and discriminate against q***r Filipinos, especially those who challenged traditional expectations of gender and s*xuality. But like many marginalized communities around the world, many LGBTQIA+ Filipinos have reclaimed the term, transforming it from an insult into a symbol of identity, resilience, culture, and pride.

Language evolves because communities do. Understanding the history behind these words helps us create spaces that are more inclusive, respectful, and affirming.
