Game Rules:
1. TEAM AND LOAD REQUIREMENTS
All players will have a team to be able to participate in the tournament. If your team lacks members or role player the committee will randomly choose a member or player to fill-in your team. The committee is not be liable for any mismatch of player in your respective teams.
2. CONNECTIVITY
Every player is required to have their own Wi-Fi especially during the pre-qualifying match. While the on-site tournament will have it's own wifi connectivity for the players to use during the tournament. The committee is not be liable to any connection issues encountered in the game.
3. REGISTRATION
Players is required to pay the amount 1,250.00 per team to be able to join the tournament. Each team is required to have at least one (1) Alumni registered to join in their team with a photo to validate he/she is an alumni. Team validation is applied upon registration ensuring the information is secured in the registration form.
4. SPORTSMANSHIP
In this tournament we would like to promote Sportsmanship between players and to observe this; emotes, TP and trash talk is STRICTLY prohibited. If someone were to miss press or use it intentionally or unintentionally their team shall be given a warning. If they reach 5 warnings before the end of the match they will be disqualified from the tournament.
5. GAME SCHEDULE
The Committee will schedule the qualifying match for each team starting July 2026 - August 2026. The Championship is set in the month of December wherein 4 teams will battle to win the winning prize and the championship title of the 1st BATTLE OF THE BATCHMATES TOURNAMENT. Sudden change in schedule may occur please have a constant communicating with the committee specially if conflicts in the match game will affect a member or a team
6. COMMUNICATION
Each Player must join the communication platform of the committee wherein it will be used for the communication to any announcements, team match, and schedule of the game is posted. If a team or member fails to join the platform before the match the team will be automatically be disqualified. Team with Appeals or inquiry must use the GC provided by the committee. Vulgar words or harsh words to communicate is highly disregarded and can be sanctioned by the committee
7. MATCH MAKING
The committee will randomly choose a team for the individual member who needs to have a team according to their role. The committee will shuffle the match making for each team to be followed by the schedule of their match via online platforms. The committee will inform the registered member on their designated team once ready.
8. PAUSE
The though pauses are not provided during match a 5 minute grace period will be given after matches as well as another 5 minutes for the players call time.
9. CALL TIME
5 minute Call time, after the 5 minute grace period has ended a 5 minute call time will start once a complete team is in the lobby, if the opposing team is not yet in the lobby after the call time, the committee will honor it as a forfeited match.
10. NO OTHER SPECTATORS ALLOWED
Players who are in the roster or coaches are not allowed to spectate through the lobby, this because only the committee are permitted to view the match, though they may still support their team through the Live Feed on the social media platform provided.
11. PLAYER COUNT
To participate a team must only have 5 - 6 players in their roster. All player may not change their usernames once registered. Only the registered usernames are able to participate.
12. WINNING PRIZE
The 1st Battle of the Batchmates Tournament will have 1 Champion to win P 10,000.00, a trophy and certificates for each member. The Champion will hold their title until the 2nd Tournament will take place and they will be entitled to defend their championship title on the game.
