A Feather in One's Cap.
The conduct of academic enhancement activities, participation in the District, Division, and even Regional Athletic Meet, and in the 2025 Global IT Challenge for Youth with Disabilities aimed to promote the holistic development of SNED learners—focusing on cognitive growth, physical development, social skills, and digital literacy. Through collaborative efforts among teachers, school administrators, parents, and stakeholders, learners were provided with meaningful opportunities to actively engage in both
curricular and co-curricular activities within an inclusive learning environment. These initiatives reflect the school’s strong commitment to DepEd’s inclusive education framework and
its goal is to ensure that no learner is left behind. This academic year has demonstrated meaningful progress and achievement among our SNED learners in academics, athletics, and ICT. Through structured support, individualized instruction, and collaboration among teachers, parents, and other stakeholders, learners have shown significant improvement in literacy, numeracy, and critical thinking skills. Their active participation in classroom activities reflects increased confidence, independence, and motivation to learn. In athletics, SNED learners displayed commendable sportsmanship, teamwork, and perseverance. Their involvement in adapted physical activities and school-based competitions not only enhanced their physical well-being but also strengthened their social skills and self- esteem. These experiences have contributed greatly to their holistic development. Moreover, the integration of ICT instruction has empowered learners to explore new ways of learning and self-expression. Through the use of assistive technologies, educational applications, and digital platforms, students developed essential digital literacy skills and improved engagement in lessons. ICT has served as a valuable tool in promoting inclusivity and accessibility in education. Overall, the accomplishments of our SNED learners highlight the effectiveness of inclusive practices and the importance of continuous support. Moving forward, we remain committed to strengthening programs and providing opportunities that will further nurture their talents, abilities, and potential for success.
