This month, we celebrate the many ways God’s love comes alive through faith, service, generosity, and solidarity. From celebrating the achievements of our scholars and empowering young people, to walking alongside families and communities in need, every story reminds us that small acts of love can create lasting change.

Together, we continue our mission to overcome poverty in solidarity—sharing God’s love, restoring hope, and transforming lives.

FROM SCHOLAR TO CUM LAUDE: A TESTIMONY OF GOD’S FAITHFULNESS ✨🎓

Today, we celebrate not just a graduation, but a testimony of faith, perseverance, and God’s provision.

One of our Puso Ng Ama scholars has graduated Cum Laude—a remarkable achievement made possible through hard work, determination, and the support of a community that believed in their dreams.

“There were so many moments when continuing my studies felt difficult, especially when I had to think about the financial side of it. But God always found a way to provide, and one of the ways He did that was through Puso Ng Ama Foundation.”

Receiving a scholarship gave our scholar more than financial assistance. It gave hope, confidence, and the courage to dream bigger.Through education, they discovered that their circumstances today do not define what they can become tomorrow.

“Dahil din sa kabutihan at generosity ng PNA, na-inspire akong maging blessing sa iba. Praying that one-day ako naman ang gamitin ng Panginoon to help others reach their dreams.”

This Cum Laude achievement is not theirs alone. Behind this milestone are the people who prayed, gave, encouraged, and believed.

Strengthening partnerships for a safer future for children. 💙

We were honored to be part of the Barangay Launching of OSAEC (Online Sexual Abuse and Exploitation of Children), an important initiative that brings together communities and organizations in strengthening child protection efforts.

Together with Philippine Children's Ministries Network and EU-GOJUST, we stand united in promoting awareness, prevention, and stronger systems to protect children from online exploitation and abuse.

Building a child-safe community requires collective action. Through collaboration, education, and commitment, we can create safer spaces where every child is protected, valued, and empowered. 🤝💙

A Heart Full of Mission: Servants of Jesus Community Visits Puso Ng Ama 🇦🇺❤️🇵🇭

From July 26–28, we were blessed to welcome the Servants of Jesus to Puso Ng Ama for a meaningful time of service, mission, and encounter with our community.

Their visit became a beautiful expression of love and generosity as they joined us in different areas of our ministry:

Sunday School Ministry – They sponsored the food for our children and facilitators, helping us continue creating a joyful space where kids can learn, grow, and experience God’s love.

Garden of Hope – They shared their time and energy in helping us cultivate our community garden, while also providing gardening tools and kusot for the soil to support the sustainability of this project.

House-to-House Mission – They visited the homes of our scholars, bedridden community members, and families in need. Through their presence, prayers, and care packages, they reminded each person that they are seen, loved, and never alone.

Mass at Nueve and Food Distribution – They joined our community in prayer and fellowship, celebrating Mass together and sharing food with families as a sign of God’s abundant love.

Prison Ministry – They extended their mission beyond our community by bringing hope, compassion, and prayer to those who are incarcerated.

We are deeply grateful to the Servants of Jesus for saying “yes” to this mission and for becoming instruments of God’s love. Your generosity, time, and presence have touched many lives and strengthened our commitment to serve the poor, the youth, and the community.

Thank you for walking with us in our mission of making the Father’s heart known. May God continue to bless your hearts and your ministry. 🙏

Last month, we had the joy of celebrating four of our ALS learners who graduated and successfully passed the Alternative Learning System (ALS) Equivalency Exam.

As an accredited partner of the Department of Education (DepEd), Puso Ng Ama remains committed to providing accessible education and second chances to learners who aspire to complete their studies and build a brighter future.

Their journey is a testament to perseverance, determination, and God's faithfulness. Despite life's challenges, they remained committed to their education and proved that it's never too late to pursue your dreams.

We are incredibly proud of our graduates and deeply grateful to our dedicated teachers, volunteers, partners, and everyone who continues to support our mission of transforming lives through education.

More than 100 children experienced God's love through the schoolbags and gifts. Every smile is a reminder that even the simplest act of kindness can make a lasting impact.

Last week, we held our Year 3 Partnership Evaluation and Planning with the Office for Social Concern and Involvement - Ateneo de Manila University through its Binhi & Bigkis Program, in partnership with Puso ng Ama Foundation. It was a meaningful opportunity to reflect on our shared journey, celebrate the impact we have made together, and prepare for another year of serving our community.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Sir Gian for his years of guidance, dedication, and genuine friendship with our community. Thank you for walking alongside us and for the lasting impact you have made through this partnership. We wish you all the best as you begin your next chapter.

We also warmly welcome Sir Xavi and Ms. Kaethe, who will be taking on the responsibility of leading this partnership moving forward. We are excited to continue working together and look forward to another year of collaboration, service, and meaningful impact.

The Spirit of Bayanihan Lives On ❤️

Last Sunday, while we were conducting our Youth Leadership Training at Puso Ng Ama, a fire suddenly broke out near our community. In a matter of moments, our training became an opportunity to put our values into action.

Without hesitation, our volunteers, youth leaders, staff, and neighbors came together to help one another. It was inspiring to witness the true Filipino spirit of bayanihan as everyone responded with courage, unity, and compassion to ensure the safety of our community.

We are especially proud of our staff, volunteers, PNA Youth, who responded quickly and responsibly. The leadership, service, and teamwork we continue to cultivate were evident in the way they immediately assisted alongside our volunteers and community members.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Fire Rescue Disaster Team Brgy Payatas and everyone who responded without delay. Through everyone's collective efforts, the fire was successfully extinguished. After a thorough inspection, the Fire Rescue Disaster Team Brgy Payatas declared that there was no remaining fire and that the area was safe.

Moments like these remind us that bayanihan is more than a tradition—it is a way of life. When we stand together, support one another, and place the welfare of the community above ourselves, we become stronger and more resilient.

To our volunteers, youth, staff, neighbors, and first responders, thank you for your selfless service and unwavering commitment to our community. Above all, we thank God for His protection and for keeping everyone safe.

Together, we are stronger. Together, we are one community. Together, we are Puso Ng Ama. ❤️

Our hearts are full of gratitude for the visit of 29 students and 3 teachers from St. Oscar Romero Catholic School in the United Kingdom. Their time with the Puso Ng Ama community was more than just a visit—it was a beautiful experience of friendship, solidarity, and love in action.

Thank you, CFC ANCOP, for connecting us and for continually creating opportunities for young people around the world to encounter communities, build meaningful relationships, and witness the joy of serving others.
