Who are the key officers? The organizers and the executive board are composed of students and Master of Industrial Relations degree holders from the UP School of Labor and Industrial Relations (SOLAIR). It has as Consultants three (3) deans of SOLAIR: former Deans Jose C. Gatchalian and Rene E. Ofreneo, and the present dean, Atty. Jonathan P. Sale; and professor Dr. Virginia A. Teodosio. The President is Ruben D. Torres who finished his Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws degrees from the University of the Philippines. He was the Secretary of Labor and Employment of President Corazon C. Aquino, and the Executive Secretary of President Fidel V. He is a lecturer of UP-SOLAIR. The General Secretary is Norberto C. Caparas, Jr. who finished his BS in Business Administration from the University of the Philippines and his law degree (Juris Doctor) from the Ateneo de Manila University School of Law. He earned his Diploma in Industrial Relations (2012) and his Master of Industrial Relations (2013) from UP-SOLAIR where he graduated Valedictorian (Academic Excellence).
