The Multi-Tribal Movement in the Philippines, Inc. (MTMPI) have been organized on July 7, 2009, in view of the series of consultations made by its National Chairman Datu ABDELNASSER V. SULTAN ESMAEL of the Maguindanaon tribe, in spite his advocacy in promoting peaceful means and harmonious environment for the people of Mindanao. eas, advocacies and aspirations to some intellectual and prudent individuals from the different Muslims, Lumads and non-Muslims, with equal distribution of representations, privileges and benefits, who are all supposed to be naturalized Filipino Citizens, regardless of professions, creed, religion and nationalities, provided however, that they are law abiding citizens ad that they will abide with the Constitution and By-Laws of the MTMPI. The very primary aims and objectives of the Movement shall be to establish lasting peace, unity in diversity among members of different tribes, ideologies and professions. Eliminate tribal differences, minimize power struggle by inculcating into the minds of the members through indoctrination the importance of strong camaraderie, mutual understanding, communal undertakings through cooperative ventures and organizational development strategies. This movement have been conceived, in view of the existence of strong competition between and among the different tribes in any Muslim communities, Muslim’s organizations or even to some government instrumentalities and non-government entities, where there are combination of members and workers coming from the different Bangsamoro tribes. The Movement is also concern about the revival of the different cultures and practices of the bangsamoro people especially on the primitive leadership styles, such as the Sultanates and Rajahs, Rulership and Datus. Although, these types of leadership are existing in the different muslim places and countries and ethnic communities, especially in the middle East and European countries, but in places or countries where Muslims is minority has no strong clout as compare with the ancient period of its influence. In the Philippines, since the implementation of Local Government Code, the previous and innate power of influence of the Sultanates, the rajahs and Datus have been diminishing, although to some foreign countries, where monarchy is the form of their inherent ascendancy where we can see the high regards and respect with their King, the Sultan or Ra

Open letter to Speaker of the House of Representatives Congressman Martin Romualdez

Dear Speaker Romualdez,

We, the undersigned AFP and PNP retired officers, UP Vanguards, and concerned Filipino citizens and taxpayers, demand that you immediately resign as Congressman of the First District of Leyte and Speaker of the House of Representatives because of the following reasons:

1. With ₱15.589 trillion national government debt as of August 2024, you do not care at all if the Philippine government would become bankrupt, sooner or later, because you have recommended a ₱6.352 trillion budget for 2025 against a 2025 projected supportable national revenue of ₱4.64 trillion according to Finance Secretary Rafael Recto, or a deficit of ₱1.712 trillion.

2. You squandered ₱26.7 billion from the AKAP of DSWD on a fake People’s Initiative to unnecessarily change the Philippine Constitution.

3. You failed to safeguard our taxes against corruption that eats about 20% of our annual budget. Briefly, the 2025 national budget would be less than the 2024 national budget if there were no corruption in the government. Furthermore, there is no attempt on your part to remove the label of Congress as “The Philippines’ biggest criminal syndicate,” according to BizNews Asia.

4. Aside from a report of your multi-million dollar donation to Harvard University, there are reports of your alleged buying spree here and abroad including a 20% ownership of EEI costing ₱1.25 billion.

Under your leadership in the House of Representatives, you have been spending the taxpayers’ money (paid by our blood, sweat, and tears), as if you owned the Philippine government.
Based on the foregoing observations, we want you out of the House of Representatives. NOW!
