For three days this April, eight families traded daily noise for God's creation — no lectures, no screens, just a working farm and one question: What does it mean to grow as God's family?

At the Family Outdoor Adventure 2026, they didn't just hear the answer — they lived it. They planted seedlings, built fires, carried a stone together, and spoke blessings over each other in silence. On the final morning, each family wrote their Family Pledge — a promise to God and to one another.

Watch the full video report and see what three days in creation can grow. 🌿🔥🪨🍎

[BULACAN, PHILIPPINES] — In a powerful display of environmental commitment, the Advance Youth Leadership Training Course (AYLTC) together with Family Peace Association Philippines Youth-Bulacan recently spearheaded a tree-planting initiative in the heart of Barangay Bulihan on February 28, 2026. The event served as a platform for young leaders to transform vision into concrete action, emphasizing responsibility for the community’s natural resources.

The project was carried out through a strategic partnership involving several key organizations:

City Environment and Natural Resources Office (CENRO)
Scouts for Laudato Si’
Bulacan Council Youth Task Group

The initiative focused on the long-term impact of reforestation, with each seedling representing a commitment to cleaner air, renewed ecosystems, and more resilient local communities. Organizers noted that the activity went beyond simple planting, aiming instead to cultivate a culture of stewardship and character among the youth participants.

By uniting various sectors of the community, the event highlighted the potential of youth leadership to create a lasting legacy of sustainability. The success of the program stands as a testament to how collective efforts and a shared love for the Earth can drive significant environmental change for future generations.
