To our dear SHS students and school employees,
Warm greetings from the Red Cross Youth of Gardner College Diliman.
On behalf of our organization, we would like to sincerely apologize for the unexpected cancellation of our scheduled CPR Caravan. Due to unforeseen conflicts involving our instructors and facilitators, they were unable to arrive at the agreed-upon time, which unfortunately affected the continuation of our activity.
We understand that many of you set aside your valuable time, prepared yourselves, and looked forward to participating in this meaningful initiative. We recognize the inconvenience and disappointment this has caused, and we are truly sorry that we were unable to meet your expectations.
As an organization committed to service, preparedness, and the promotion of life-saving skills, we acknowledge that this experience fell short of the standards we strive to uphold. We take responsibility for the inconvenience and sincerely regret the impact this has had on everyone involved.
Please know that we never intended to waste your time or take your participation for granted. Your time, trust, and willingness to learn CPR mean a great deal to us. We are taking this experience seriously and will do our best to improve our coordination and communication moving forward.
Once again, to all the SHS students and school employees affected, we sincerely apologize from the bottom of our hearts. Thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support of the Red Cross Youth of Gardner College Diliman.
