It is with heavy hearts that we hear of the passing of our dear member, Ma'am Janet Palmiano. You were a shining light in our scouting community, known for your kindness, enthusiasm, and dedication.

Your warmth and generosity touched the lives of many, and your legacy will surely continue to inspire us. You will be deeply missed, and we'll fondly remember your smile, laughter, and unwavering spirit.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to your family, friends, and loved ones during this difficult time.

The award was in recognition of acts of heroism and bravery involving risk of life during the celebration of the Feast of Jesus Nazarene "Translacion 2025".
