ESCR-Asia ESCR-Asia is regional human rights NGO based at the Ateneo de Manila University. was formally registered in March 3, 2003. ESCR-Asia, Inc.

It is also the current Secretariat of the Asian Consortium for Human Rights-based Access to Justice (HRBA2J-Asia) with at least 35 members all over Asia. BRIEF HISTORY

An Asia composed of compassionate, just, equitable, peaceful and prosperous societies where individuals and peoples are empowered and enabled, in partnership with their States, to enjoy and realize all their human rights.
