💜💜💜
Recent incidents involving school violence, bullying, and the tragic loss of young lives remind us that mental health is more than a healthcare issue — it is a values issue.
Mga values na unti unti na nating nakikitang nawawala sa kultura ng ating bansa. Values like love, empathy, compassion, respect, responsibility, and genuine care for one another.
Since these values are now absent, people suffer in silence. People are no longer seeking help, speaking up, and finding hope. 🥹
This is why mental wellness advocacy matters. 💜
Hindi lang sa mga crisis intervention, but more importantly, through continuous education, public awareness, meaningful conversations, and community support. Bago pa magkaroon ng krisis!
Our youth deserve more than academic success. They deserve environments where they are safe, valued, understood, and empowered to thrive.
Nakakalungkot at nakakagalit na marinig na ang daming buhay ng mga kabataan natin ang nasasayang! Pero ang tanong, may ginagawa ba tayo to prevent these things from happening? 🤔
Mental wellness is everyone’s responsibility! Wag lang natin i-asa sa mga mental health professionals. Dapat tulong tulong ang lahat ng parents, educators, leaders, workplaces, faith communities, and society as a whole.
The culture we build today will shape the well-being of the next generation tomorrow. So, we must all build together!
