ALB was honored to take part in the Listening Convention 2026, organized by Mental Health Hour Iloilo , as one of its community partners.

The convention brought together speakers, participants, and advocates for meaningful discussions centered on mental health and psychological safety, including our very own Ask PharmaZen.

It was a valuable reminder that real progress in this space begins with something simple yet powerful: the willingness to listen.

We extend our sincere appreciation to the organizers, speakers, volunteers, and fellow partners who made the day insightful and impactful. ALB remains committed to supporting initiatives that foster safe spaces for learning, growth, and genuine human connection.

Last June 11, Alpha Leaders & Builders • ALB partnered with like-minded leaders, community builders, and wellness advocates present at Project Sense in Iloilo — an intentional space and a powerful gathering that put the spotlight on something we don't talk about enough: the mental and emotional well-being of our young people.

It's a movement toward wholeness, which includes taking care of the mind, the body, and the community all at once. And events like this remind us that when people who are committed to growth come together, something powerful happens. ✨

It was spearheaded and organized by the MindShift Initiative in collaboration with several mental wellness advocates, and fully supported by the Provincial Government of Iloilo through Vice Governor Lee Ann Debuque. Thanks to our sponsors, especially to Amare - The Mental Wellness Company. 💜
