The Ateneo Registration Committee (RegCom) is a body of selected student volunteers tasked by the Office of the University Registrar (OUR) to enforce and facilitate the registration process and assist all academic departments, administrative offices, personne

l, and students involved in it. As the official student arm of the Office of the University Registrar, RegCom shall uphold all policies and regulations of the University and the Office of the University Registrar.

Attention, Ateneans!

In line with the ongoing Load Revision period, students may attend their classes only after their load revision request is approved by the Office of the University Registrar (OUR). Once approved, updates will be reflected in AISIS, including the student’s class schedule and Canvas access.

The Central Accounting Office (CAO) will process the reassessment. Beginning August 10, 2026, students will receive an email notification if they have additional fees to pay or are eligible for a refund. There is no need to send emails to CAO requesting reassessment of fees.

Please be reminded that any additional balance must be settled on or before November 27, 2026.

Attention, Ateneans!

The Load Revision period for the First Semester of S.Y. 2026 - 2027 starts on August 5, 2026, from 8:00 AM onwards. Please be guided by the following load revision schedules according to the nature of request.

From August 5 to 12, students can add classes, change sections, request a Withdrawal with Permission (WP), or change from audit to credit.

However, the deadlines to request a WP or switch from credit to audit depend on your program: Undergraduate students may process WP and/or convert from credit to audit from August 5 to October 10, while Graduate students must complete this process between August 5 and September 12.

The Regular Online Enrollment (ROE) for the First Semester of S.Y. 2026-2027 begins TOMORROW.

In preparation for the upcoming enrollment period, kindly update your Student Information on AISIS and records on BluPHR, check your designated enrollment schedule, and settle any outstanding hold orders. Please also make sure to click “CONFIRM ENLISTMENT” to secure your slots in your selected classes before proceeding to assessment.

Should you have inquiries or encounter concerns for specific departments in Ateneo Higher Education (HE), please remember to include your name, ID number, year and course, and a detailed description of the issue when sending an email. You may also attach screenshots if needed.

Good day, Ateneans!

Kindly be informed that tuition payment for the Regular Online Enrollment (ROE) period of the First Semester S.Y. 2026 - 2027 shall only be done through off-campus transactions, such as online channels or bank transactions. Note that payments may take 1-2 banking days for confirmation or validation. Additionally, transactions recognized starting August 5 (Wednesday) will be subject to a late registration fee of ₱250. Please be advised that sending proof of payment to the Cashier’s Office is not required.
