The Ateneo Registration Committee (RegCom) is a body of selected student volunteers who are tasked by the Registrar’s Office (RO) to enforce and facilitate the registration process and assist all academic departments, administrative offices, personnel and students involved in it. RegCom is resp

onsible for producing and disseminating documents, reminders, and promotions pertaining to enlistment and the registration process. They also facilitate the flow of manual registration with the help of the Loyola Schools Assessment Team (LSAT).

Good day, Ateneans!

Please be informed that the free-for-all enlistment period officially begins today, May 19, and will remain accessible 24/7 until June 6, 2026 (Saturday). As an added note, Regular Enlistment (RE) for the Intersession of S.Y. 2026–2027 will take place from June 3 to 6. Students may settle their tuition fees and finalize their enlistment during the RE period.

ERRATUM

Attention, Ateneans!

Early enlistment (EE) for the Intersession of S.Y. 2026–2027 is just a few days away. For your guidance, the specific schedule may be viewed in the publication material below. Kindly review the details carefully and follow the assigned schedule accordingly.

To clarify, the schedule on Monday, 18 May 2026, from 9:00 AM to 11:59 PM applies only to Undergraduate students who will be enlisting in REQUIRED classes included in their Individual Program of Study (IPS).

Meanwhile, the free-for-all enlistment period for all Undergraduate students with both REQUIRED and NON-REQUIRED classes will run from 19 May to 6 June 2026 on a 24/7 basis.

In line with this, Regular Enlistment (RE) for the Intersession of S.Y. 2026–2027 will also run from 3 June to 6 June 2026, during which students may proceed with their tuition payment after confirming their subjects.

ANNOUNCEMENT

The Load Revision for the Second Semester of S.Y. 2025–2026 is just around the corner. Such period begins from January 5, 9:00 AM onwards, until January 14, where students may add courses, switch sections, request Withdrawal with Permission (WP), or convert from audit to credit.

For students who wish to process WP or convert from credit to audit, they may do so from January 5 to March 18 for Undergraduate students, and from January 5 to February 14 for Graduate students.

Please be informed that the Late Registration schedule for the Regular Enlistment (RE) of the Second Semester S.Y. 2025–2026 will run from January 7 to January 10, 2026. Note that payments recognized on or after January 7 will incur a 250 peso late payment fee. The final day to settle payments is on January 21, so kindly plan and complete your transactions accordingly.
