Today’s experience allows us to realize the room for growth, the value of gratitude, and the importance of taking responsibility and accountability, especially when circumstances do not unfold the way we expected.
Hindi man natin inaasahan ang mga pangyayaring naganap, we humbly acknowledge that every situation carries a lesson, and every challenge gives us an opportunity to become better, more prepared, and more responsible in what we do. As a committee, we understand that being entrusted with an activity also means having the courage to stand, explain, and take accountability—even when the circumstances are difficult and unprecedented.
Sa lahat ng participating teams, maraming-maraming salamat sa inyong pang-unawa, pasensya, at consideration. We sincerely appreciate your willingness to understand the situation and to remain respectful despite the challenges that we encountered. We know that everyone prepared, made time, adjusted schedules, and gave their effort to be part of this activity, and we do not take any of that for granted.
Humihingi rin po kami ng taos-pusong paumanhin sa anumang inconvenience, disappointment, confusion, o abalang naidulot ng nangyari. We recognize that there are things that we could have handled better, and we take this experience as a responsibility to learn, improve, and prepare more effectively for whatever circumstances may come next.
Ako, kasama ang buong committee, ay lubos na nagpapasalamat dahil binigyan ninyo kami ng pagkakataong matuto mula sa karanasang ito. Hindi madaling humarap sa isang sitwasyong nangangailangan ng paliwanag at paghingi ng paumanhin, ngunit naniniwala kami na ang tunay na leadership also means having the humility to face difficult moments, accept responsibility, listen, and continue moving forward.
Above all, our deepest gratitude goes to everyone who became part of this activity—from the smallest effort to the biggest contribution. Maraming salamat sa ating committee, Board of Officers, committee heads, advisers, key persons, esteemed guests, participating teams, volunteers, supporters, and everyone who gave their time, effort, presence, resources, and trust.
Every contribution mattered. Every effort, whether seen or unseen, helped make this activity possible. Sa bawat taong tumulong, nag-adjust, nagbigay ng oras, nagbigay ng suporta, at patuloy na umunawa, maraming salamat po.
This experience may not have been what we envisioned, but it has reminded us that growth often comes from moments that challenge us the most. We will carry this experience not as something to dwell on, but as a lesson that will help us become more prepared, more responsible, more organized, and more humble moving forward.
Once again, maraming salamat po sa inyong lahat—sa inyong understanding, patience, trust, and support. We sincerely appreciate everyone who stood with us during this difficult and unexpected situation.
To all the people, despite the shortcomings, there is a successful learning opportunity indeed. From Rolling Hills Youth Organization-RHYOuth and from the bottom of our hearts, thank you, and we are truly sorry. We remain grateful for the opportunity to learn, to serve, and to do better.
