The Search for the Most Outstanding Science Club (SEARCH) is a landmark program of the Philippine Society of Youth Science Clubs (PSYSC) to give honor and recognition to exemplary and outstanding science clubs all over the Philippines SEARCH is established as an avenue to encourage active participation of science clubs in the science clubbing movement, to contribute innovative ideas promoting the

public understanding of science, technology and the environment, and to train future student leaders in motivating their fellow science clubbers to action.

Yesterday, we witnessed this year’s SEARCH 2026 Closed Door Presentations at UP Integrated School where science clubs from across the country showcased their innovation, passion, and commitment to scientific excellence.

The SEARCH is almost over, because today, we crown the title of 𝗦𝗘𝗔𝗥𝗖𝗛 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲’𝘀 𝗠𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗢𝘂𝘁𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝗯.

Meet our last judge, 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝗲 𝗙𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗼! She is a remarkable leader and scholar in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology. With a track record of academic excellence, international recognition, and impactful leadership, she brings both depth and distinction to this year’s panel of judges.

We are down to our 𝗟𝗔𝗦𝗧 𝟮 𝗗𝗔𝗬𝗦 until SEARCH 2026, so we introduce one of our last few judges!

Meet our fourth judge, 𝗞𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗘𝗹𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗻 𝗖𝗮𝗱𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻. With a strong background in public administration and policy development, he continues to lead initiatives focused on education and nation-building. His guidance and continued involvement in youth organizations highlight his dedication to shaping the next generation of leaders.

Meet 𝗝𝗮𝗻 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗶𝘀 𝗦𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗼, the former Vice President for External Affairs of the PSYSC National Executive Council and a proud Summa Cum Laude graduate in Materials Engineering from the University of the Philippines Diliman.

From engineering and medical studies to innovation and biotechnology work, his diverse experience reflects the passion, leadership, and dedication that SEARCH 2026 stands for.

6 days to go! The stage is almost set. From the closed-door evaluations, only the 𝗧𝗼𝗽 𝟯 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘀 will advance to the stage for the 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗲 on 𝗦𝗘𝗔𝗥𝗖𝗛 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟮 (𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟭𝟬, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲), where the 𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘁-𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗯𝘀 present their advocacies before a live audience at the 𝗚𝗧-𝗧𝗼𝘆𝗼𝘁𝗮 𝗔𝘀𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗔𝘂𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘂𝗺.

📢 𝐓𝐎𝐏 𝟓 𝐀𝐍𝐍𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐂𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓

After thorough evaluation, we are honored to announce the teams advancing to 𝗟𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝟰 (𝗖𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗱-𝗗𝗼𝗼𝗿 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀). These science clubs have demonstrated strong performance in problem definition, innovation, implementation, and impact. We present the 𝗧𝗼𝗽 𝟱 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝘀 of SEARCH 2026:

- 𝗣𝗥𝗜𝗦𝗠 (Philippine Science High School - SOCCSKSARGEN Region Campus in Koronadal City)
- 𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗠 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝗯 (Cabadbaran City National High School - Senior High School)
- 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝗯 (Lipa City Science Integrated National High School)
- 𝗕𝗛𝗖 𝗬𝗘𝗦-𝗢 (BHC Educational Institution, Inc.)
- 𝗦𝗜𝗕𝗢𝗟 (Dr. Yanga's Colleges, Inc.)

The top 5 teams will compete on 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟵, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, where the top 3 will be determined. The 3 finalists will then advance to the 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟭𝟬, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, where they will present once more on stage to become the 𝗠𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗢𝘂𝘁𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝗯!
