Since its formation in 1998, it has been active in strengthening the awareness and involvement of students towards a culture of peace. It is affiliated with Pax Christi International, which is a non-profit, non-go

vernmental movement working on a global scale on a wide variety of issues in the fields of human security, disarmament and demilitarization, just world order and conflict.
