Sustaining mission readiness and solid organization, the 903rd (KPI) Signal Battalion convened for its unit mustering on August 8, 2026, at the Kalayaan Philippines Inc. Headquarters.

The assembly was spearheaded by LTC Harry “Energy” Gemzon PA (RES) Batcom, alongside LTC Meliton “Hammerhead” Fulgar Jr PA (RES), MAJ Arnel "Hunter" Bueza PA (RES), MAJ Jever “Ultra” Mahinay PA (RES), MAJ Melvin “Jupiter” Bacani PA (RES), CPT Virgilio “Winchester” Pinera Jr. PA (RES), CPT Allan "Hawkeye" Bilolo PA (RES), 1LT Rodolfo “Excalibur” Torres Jr PA (RES), and MSgt. Don “Dotnet” Santiago PA (RES), Governor of the Rizal Chapter. Together with the unit's dedicated personnel, the leadership focused on streamlining directives and strengthening coordination across all ranks.

The primary objective of the session was deliberate planning and operational synchronization for the lined-up activities this August. The discussions centered on finalizing logistics, communication readiness, and personnel allocation in full support of the upcoming initiatives under the Armed Forces of the Philippines Reserve Command (AFPRESCOM). Through collaborative assessment and tactical alignment, the command ensured that the battalion remains fully prepared to execute its tasks with efficiency and precision.

With established operational guidelines and unified command direction, the 903rd (KPI) Signal Battalion reinforces its steadfast support for AFPRESCOM’s mission, standing ready to respond whenever and wherever duty calls.

Moving forward with precision and heightened operational capability, the 903rd (KPI) Signal Battalion successfully conducted its unit mustering yesterday, July 11, 2026, at the Kalayaan Philippines Inc. Headquarters. The assembly was spear-headed by LTC Harry “Energy” Gemzon PA (RES) Batcom, together with LTC Meliton “Hammerhead” Fulgar Jr PA (RES), Captain Allan “Hawkeye” Bilolo PA (RES), and MSgt. Don “Dotnet” Santiago PA (RES), Governor of the Rizal Chapter. The gathering highlighted the unwavering commitment of the unit's officers and enlisted personnel in maintaining a high state of mission readiness.

The core of the session focused on comprehensive synchronization and deliberate planning for the battalion's upcoming field deployments. Central to the agenda was the strategic alignment of communication assets and personnel deployment in full support of the upcoming line of activities under the Armed Forces of the Philippines Reserve Command (AFPRESCOM). The leadership meticulously mapped out the technical requirements and administrative tasks necessary to ensure seamless integration with higher command operations.

The Kalayaan Philippines Inc. (KPI) proudly marked its 37th Anniversary, graced by the Distinguished Guest of Honor and Speaker, BGEN Ferdinand Geminic P Ramirez (MNSA) PA, Commander of the AFPRESCOM, alongside our esteemed VIP guests including former ARG Commander BGEN Daniel Soriano and his wife Dra. Luz Soriano, LTC Jamel T Batara, and Ms. Analee Hilario, the wife of the late Battalion Commander of the 903rd KPI Signal Battalion. The momentous occasion was spearheaded by our visionary KPI National Leadership corps, featuring National Chairman LTC Virgilio Re*****on Pinera PA (RES), National President LTC Harry “Energy” Gemzon PA (RES), and Executive Vice President LTC Meliton “Hammerhead” Fulgar Jr. PA (RES). Standing in solidarity with them were our dedicated officers and chapter heads, including MAJ Enrique “Cardinal” Santos PA (RES), MAJ Carmelo Cortez PA (RES), MAJ Arnel "Hunter" Bueza PA (RES), MAJ Jever “Ultra” Mahinay PA (RES), MAJ Melvin “Jupiter” Bacani PA (RES), CPT Virgilio “Winchester” Pinera Jr. PA (RES), CPT Allan "Hawkeye" Bilolo PA (RES), 1LT Rodolfo "Excalibur" Torres Jr. PA (RES), KPI Rizal Chapter Governor MSgt Don “Dotnet” Santiago PA (res), and KPI Tarlac Acting Governor Jess Leijano “Vision” Tolentino.

This 37th-year milestone stands as a powerful testament to our enduring commitment to national service, camaraderie, and volunteerism. The day’s proceedings commenced with a holy mass to seek divine guidance before the main program officially unfolded. Highlighting the event were the rank pinning ceremony for the newly graduated members of MOT Class 06-2025 of our unit, followed by the formal oath-taking of our newest KPI members who have chosen to answer the call of duty. As we march forward into another year of volunteerism, we remain steadfast in our sacred motto and core belief that service to humanity is service to God almighty.
