𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 | 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝟮𝟳, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲

We held a meaningful and empowering event at Sun Hwa International Academy-Philippines, bringing together teachers, staff, and parents for a day of learning, reflection, and awareness.

The program opened with a warm welcome from Ms. Mariflor Gavaran, Principal of Sun Hwa International Academy Philippines, followed by a special message from Dr. Jaime Vergara, President of Sun Hwa International Academy.

The first session was delivered by Prof. Juvy Valdemoro Delmonte, National President of WFWP Philippines, who shared her inspiring talk on the “𝗕𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘆𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗶𝘁.” She highlighted the rich history of Babaylan women and their contributions, encouraging women today to embrace this legacy as modern Babaylans, nurturing families, communities, and the nation with health, love, and care.

This was followed by an insightful discussion from Dr. Janet Liban- Kabayama, Secretary of WFWP Philippines, as well as a dentist and nurse in both the Philippines and the United States. She spoke on 𝗛𝗜𝗩 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗜𝗗𝗦 𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀, focusing on education, prevention, and breaking the stigma surrounding the topic.

Before the closing, a special message was delivered by Mr. Ronnie Dizon Sodusta Chairman of Sun Hwa International Academy, further emphasizing the importance of unity, awareness, and community engagement.

The program concluded with closing remarks from 𝗠𝘀. 𝗘𝗱𝗻𝗮 𝗕𝘂𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗼, Elementary Department Head, leaving participants with a message of reflection, empowerment, and continued action.

Throwback to March 16, 2026, at the Technological University of the Philippines – Manila, where we successfully held a meaningful and impactful seminar.

Students gained valuable insights from Dr. Rey Hikaru Estoce and Dr. Reiko Helenjane Nakajima on HIV and AIDS awareness, followed by an engaging and interactive quiz that encouraged active participation.

The learning continued with an inspiring talk from Mr. Jun Young Teves on “Youth at the Crossroad,” guiding students to reflect, make informed decisions, and choose the right path as they navigate their journey as the next generation of leaders.

A heartfelt thank you to all our speakers, participants, and partners for making this event a success.

Last March 16, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, students from the Technological University of the Philippines, Manila, came together in a powerful act of compassion, lining up and volunteering to donate blood to help save lives.

Through this bloodletting activity, each donor became a hero in their own way, proving that even a simple act can make a life-changing impact.

We extend our deepest gratitude to the students, volunteers, and our partners from Technological University of the Philippines, ManilaMed, and International Association of Youth and Students for Peace - Pilipinas for making this initiative a success. Your willingness to share not just time, but life itself, brings hope to those in need. ✨

Last March 16, 2026, at the 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀, 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗹𝗮, we successfully held a meaningful seminar that brought together students for an eye-opening and impactful learning experience.

Participants gained valuable insights on 𝗛𝗜𝗩 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗜𝗗𝗦 𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀

A new chapter begins.

Induction of our newly appointed officers was held on March 1, 2026, at the UPF Peace Embassy, Quezon City.
