Pinaagi sa lig-on nga inisyatibo ni Congressman Coco Yap, padayon nga gipalig-on ang mga proyekto nga makatabang sa katawhan sa lungsod sa Saint Bernard. Kauban si Mayor Joy Lim Bungcaras, personal nga gibisita ni Congressman Coco Yap ang Solar Water System nga located sa Brgy. New Guinsaugon aron masiguro nga mapadali ang pagturn-over ug paggamit niini alang sa kaayohan sa mga residente ug aron matubag ang problema sa suplay sa tubig matag komunidad. Ang maong solar water system dilii lang para sa Brgy New Guinsagon apil nasab niinini ma serbisyohan ang mga sikbit na barangay nga naa problema sa tubig.

Gipangunahan usab ni Kapitan Sunday Peligro ang pagpatuman sa dry-run sa maong solar water system ug kung adunay mga kinahanglan nga ayohon sa wala pa kini hingpit nga magamit sa katawhan. Kini nga lakang nagpamatuod nga seryoso ang lokal nga panggamhanan ug si Congressman Coco Yap sa paghatag ug dekalidad ug malungtarong serbisyo publiko alang sa matag pamilya sa barangay.

Adan, Vice Mayor Chong, og Vice Mayor Joel Avila uban sa Opisina ni Congressman Coco Yap sa Southern Leyte Second District Congressional Office nga representahan ni Mr Manolo M. Siervo, Jr aron hisgutan ug i-update ang mga programa ug kalihokan sa ilang mga lungsod.

Gipasiugda sa maong panagtigom ang maayong koordinasyon tali sa lokal nga panggamhanan ug Congressional Office aron masiguro nga padayon ang paghatag og epektibong serbisyo sa katawhan. Gihisgutan usab ang mga proyekto ug kalihokan nga makatabang sa kalamboan sa komunidad.

Gipapas na sa Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) ang dul-an โ‚ฑ800-milyon nga utang sa yuta sa kapin 11,917 ka mga agrarian reform beneficiaries (ARBs) sa tibuok Eastern Visayas.

Kini pinaagi sa pag-apod-apod sa mga Certificates of Condonation with Release of Mortgage (COCROM) nga gipahigayon didtoa sa Tacloban City Convention Center. Ang maong kantidad naglakip na sa mga interes, nga dako og tabang aron makuhaan ang obligasyon sa panalapi sa atong mga beneficiaries.

Ang Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) nagpahigayon og programa nga โ€œEnhancing MSME Competitiveness through Financing and Support Programsโ€ sa Southern Leyte State University, Main Campus sa Sogod, Southern Leyte, diin nagtigom ang mga MSMEs gikan sa 2nd District. Tumong niini nga mapaligon ang ilang negosyo pinaagi sa paghatag kahibalo sa lain-laing financing programs, loan facilities, ug mga suporta gikan sa gobyerno.

Sa maong kalihokan, mitambong si Atty. Fidelis T. Aviรฑon, OIC-Provincial Director sa DTI SLPO, si Mr. Manolo M. Siervo ang district officer isip represante ni Congressman Coco M. Yap, uban sa mga partner agencies ug financial institutions nga mipresentar sa ilang mga programa ug pamaagi unsaon pag-access sa pondo.
