Nagdala ug nagdonate ang Philippine Air Force (PAF) og mga trash cans ug mga lingkoranan nga hinimo gikan sa metal drums ngadto sa Sogod Central School, Sogod, Southern Leyte. Mitabang usab ang Philippine Army sa paghatod sa mga donasyon ngadto sa eskwelahan isip suporta sa kalimpyo, kahapsay, ug kaayohan sa komunidad.

Ang maong inisyatibo gipangulohan ni Brig. Gen. Sheillah Grace Estrera Vicente, PAF, Commander sa Tactical Operations Wing Central (TOWCEN). Ang PAF ug Philippine Army nagtinabangay aron mapadayon ang ilang serbisyo ug suporta alang sa mga komunidad ug institusyon sa ilang nasudnong katungdanan.

Si Brig. Gen. Sheillah Grace usa ka lumad nga taga-Sogod, Southern Leyte, ug usa usab ka alumna sa Sogod Central School. Ang iyang pagbalik aron makahatag og suporta sa iyang kanhing eskwelahan nagpakita sa iyang padayong koneksyon ug pag-alagad sa komunidad diin siya unang nakat-on ug nakatubo.

Kini nga programa usa ka konkretong pamaagi sa pagtabang sa atong mga kababayan, ilabi na niadtong nanginahanglan og dugang nga suporta aron matubag ang ilang adlaw-adlaw nga panginahanglan. Pinaagi sa maong programa, gipakita ang padayon nga paningkamot sa pagpalambo sa kahimtang ug kaayuhan sa katawhan.

Personal nga mibisita si Congressman Coco Yap sa Barangay Hinabian, St. Bernard, Southern Leyte, uban si Mayor Jocelyn Lim Bungcaras, isip kabahin sa pagmonitor ug pagbisita sa mga proyekto alang sa kaayohan sa mga residente. Lakip sa ilang gitan-aw ang Construction (Completion) of Multi-Purpose Building, usa ka proyekto nga gitumong aron makahatag og dugang ug mas angay nga pasilidad para sa komunidad.

Atol sa pagbisita, personal nga nasuta ang kahimtang ug pag-uswag sa proyekto. Ang maong Multi-Purpose Building gilauman nga dako og ikatabang sa mga katawhan sa Barangay Hinabian, ilabina sa pagpahigayon sa nagkalain-laing kalihokan, mga programa, tigom, ug uban pang panginahanglan sa komunidad ug sa tibuok Saint Bernard, Southern Leyte.

Nahimong mas espesyal ang maong kalihokan tungod sa pag-apil sa mga importanteng personalidad nga mipakita sa ilang suporta sa selebrasyon. Nahiusa usab ang mga nanambong sa paghinumdom ug paghatag og bili sa kasaysayan, kultura, ug espiritu sa komunidad isip kabahin sa kapistahan.

Filipino Olympian EJ Obiena continued his remarkable 2026 campaign by capturing his seventh gold medal of the season at the Internationales Stabhochsprung-Meeting in Jockgrim, Germany. The Asian record holder cleared 5.82 meters to claim another title, extending his dominant run against some of the world's top pole vaulters.

The victory adds to an already stellar season for Obiena, who has consistently delivered world-class performances across Europe, including a stadium-record 5.75-meter clearance at the Raiffeisen Austrian Open. With seven gold medals already under his belt, the Filipino star heads into the season's biggest competitions in outstanding form and remains one of the top contenders on the international stage.
