Magandang gabi po sa lahat mga KaRemar!

Nais po naming ipabatid sa ating mga residente ang patuloy na pagsusumikap ng ating homeowners association at ng mga security guard upang mapanatili ang seguridad at maayos na maipatupad ang mga patakaran sa trapiko dito sa ating subdivision. Sa panahon ng kapaskuhan, natural po na maraming bisita ang pumapasok upang makasama ang kanilang mga mahal sa buhay, kaya’t nagkakaroon ng karagdagang hamon sa pamamahala ng seguridad at trapiko.

Isa po sa mga hakbang na aming ginagawa ay ang paglalagay ng mga signage upang makatulong sa pag-aayos ng parking. Gayunpaman, nais po naming ipaliwanag na limitado ang ating kakayahan dahil sa kasalukuyan, isa lamang po ang nakatalagang security guard sa bawat shift. Hindi po posible na mabantayan ang bawat kalsada at bahagi ng subdivision sa lahat ng oras, ngunit ginagawa po namin ang aming makakaya upang mapanatili ang kaayusan.

Ang sitwasyong ito ay nagpapakita ng kahalagahan ng kooperasyon ng bawat isa, partikular na sa pagbabayad ng buwanang association dues. Ang mga pondong ito ay nagagamit upang makapagdagdag tayo ng karagdagang mga guwardiya na makakatulong sa pagbabantay at pamamahala ng trapiko, lalo na sa ganitong mga panahon na mataas ang daloy ng mga tao at sasakyan.

Umaasa po kami sa inyong pang-unawa at pakikiisa. Ang ating subdivision ay magiging maayos at ligtas lamang kung tayo ay magtutulungan. Ang inyong suporta ay mahalaga upang mas mapabuti pa ang ating mga serbisyo para sa kapakanan ng lahat.

📣IMPORTANT ADVISORY ‼️

TO ALL PET OWNERS

Subject: IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING PET RESPONSIBILITY IN OUR COMMUNITY

Dear Residents,

We are reaching out to highlight an urgent matter concerning pet responsibility within our community, specifically related to pet waste, noise disturbances, and the issue of pets being unleashed in public areas.

ISSUE OVERVIEW

Many residents have expressed their concerns regarding unpleasant odors in their neighborhoods caused by pet waste, which not only creates discomfort but also poses significant health risks. Pet waste can harbor bacteria and parasites that may lead to infections in both humans and animals, including foodborne illnesses, tapeworms, and hookworms. These health threats are particularly concerning for children, the elderly, and individuals with weakened immune systems.

Additionally, noise from pets during nighttime hours (10:00 PM - 5:00 AM) has been reported as a disturbance by several residents. Furthermore, some pet owners are not ensuring that their pets are leashed when in public spaces.

RECOMMENDATION

We urge all residents of RSHAI to take on the responsibility of being conscientious pet owners in line with the current city ordinances and regulations governing pet ownership. It is essential that all pets, particularly dogs and cats, are either leashed or kept within the confines of their owner's property or fenced areas. Stray animals without owners should be reported to Barangay Bagbag for appropriate care and management in accordance with animal welfare laws.

LEGAL FRAMEWORK:
- The Animal Welfare Act of 1998 (Republic Act No. 8485, as amended by RA 10631) is designed to ensure the humane treatment of animals, including provisions for preventing cruelty and managing stray populations humanely.
- Leash Laws and Pet Confinement. Under RA No. 9482, pet owners must keep their dogs on a leash or confined within their property. Barangay ordinances can reinforce this by specifying the appropriate conditions for pet confinement and proper leash use in public areas. Violators could face fines or community service, as defined by the ordinance.
- Quezon City Ordinances No. SP 3065 S-2021 and SP 2505 S-2016, also known as the Veterinary Code.

To all the members of the Remarville Subdivision Homeowners Association, Inc. who took the time to attend the 2nd General Assembly, we extend our deepest appreciation. Your active participation and valuable input are truly the backbone of our efforts to continuously improve and uplift our community. It is through your engagement that we are able to move forward with transparency, collaboration, and mutual respect.

We would like to give a special thanks to the Board of Directors for their dedicated leadership in addressing key agenda items that directly impact the well-being of our subdivision. From Management and Security updates to Financial reports, ongoing projects, and incoming developments, each topic was carefully discussed to ensure the community remains informed and aligned. The Board also tackled common issues and presented practical resolutions that will guide us in making sound decisions for our subdivision’s future.

Furthermore, we are especially grateful to Kapitan Rex Ambita for graciously attending our assembly. His presence was invaluable as he addressed several pressing issues and concerns raised by our members. The meeting will be held at RSHAI Events Place, with the session starting at 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Your presence and participation in this crucial meeting are highly regarded.

The following Agenda will be discussed and resolved during the General Assembly Meeting:

1. Updates in Management, Security, Amenities, and Fiscal Status.

2. Common Issues and Problems.

3. On-going and Incoming Projects.

4. Inter-HOA Initiatives.

5. Election of Public Relations Officer, Business Manager and Six (6) Street Representatives

6. Ber Months Activities and Contest.
