The Foundation for the Philippine Environment convened its Regional Advisory Committees from Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao on 28 August 2026 to discuss key institutional and program priorities.

The meeting included updates on FPE’s Strategic Plan 2026–2031 and discussions on opportunities for collaboration. RAC members also shared insights on prioritizing Key Biodiversity Areas for future FPE support, considering biodiversity significance, urgency of threats, financing gaps, and local readiness. The meeting also covered the nomination process for new members of FPE’s Board of Trustees.

Do you have a youth-led idea that can help protect biodiversity, address environmental challenges, or create positive change on your community?

( ) 3.0 is now accepting proposals from eligible youth organizations for projects that contribute to biodiversity conservation, climate action, and environmental sustainability.

Through 3.0, youth organizations can access grant support and capacity-building opportunities to turn their ideas into meaningful action.

Call for Proposals: September – December 2026
Grant amount: PHP 100,000-250,000
Submission: Rolling submission within the call period

Before preparing your proposal, please read the 3.0 Grant Guidelines carefully to check your organization’s eligibility, understand the grant requirements, and review the priority areas and project pathways. We review proposals on a rolling basis, so submit early to get your idea considered for funding sooner!
