The new PHILEASNET Board formally took their oath of office, during the 2025 National Extension Conference on October 9, 2025.

The newly elected board includes Evelie P. Serrano, PhD, as President; Rolando V. Maningas, PhD, as Vice President for Luzon; Rogelio L. Padit, PhD, as Vice President for Visayas; and Fernando Magdato, Jr., PhD, as Vice President for Mindanao.

Meanwhile, Mr. Raem Dominic Brion has been elected Secretary, Felisa Malabayabas, PhD, Treasurer; Mr. Javier Andalan as Auditor; and Mr. Justin Paolo Interno as Public Relations Officer.

Dr. Rowena DT Baconguis, Immediate Past President, and Mr. Jim Leandro Cano will also serve as Members of the Board.

The oath was administered by Career Scientist I, PRC Board of Agriculture Member, and Past PhilEASNet President Hon. Eric P. Palacpac.

This milestone signifies renewed leadership committed to enhancing extension services and advancing knowledge sharing across the Philippines. The Board’s induction, with service officially commencing in 2026, marks the beginning of strategic efforts to strengthen the Ekstensyonistas' capacities nationwide.
