Project KatuParaan 2025–2026 successfully brought together a series of meaningful online talks and an onsite workshop dedicated to empowering senior high school students as they prepare for their transition to college life ✨📚 Guided by our mission to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and perspectives needed for this new chapter, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who participated and took part in making this initiative a success 🤍 We would also like to thank our partner organization, ERDA Foundation, Inc.., along with the parents and organization staff, for their trust, collaboration, and constant openness to communication throughout this journey 🤝🧡

Our sincerest appreciation goes to our key speakers, Mr. Hiro Martin, Mr. Emil Carreon, and Ms. Faye Zipagan, for sharing their valuable insights in guiding students through the challenges of college preparation 🌟 We also thank the NSTP CWTS CSSP Office for the opportunity and trust given to us, and to our professor, Mr. Aaron Viernes, for his guidance and support 🧡

And of course, this event would not have been possible without the dedication of the team behind it—Project KatuParaan 2025–2026, as well as the previous team from 2023–2024 🤍 This advocacy continues to mean so much to all of us, and we are proud to carry it forward in helping students bridge closer to their dreams ✨

Mga pangarap na nabigyang daan, sama-samang isasakatuparan dito sa Project KatuParaan! ❤️‍🔥✊

Last April 27, 2024, Project Katuparaan 2024 was held at the Palma Hall Room 207 with aspiring college students and scholar from ERDA Foundation, Inc.. This project was organized by UPD CWTS 2 students from the College of Social Sciences and Philosophy, under the advisory of Prof. Aaron Viernes. With the theme, “Forge Your Future!”, the program includes a UP Diliman mini campus tour, a series of talks from our invited esteemed speakers which aids high school students by equipping them with the necessary tools, knowledge, and mindset to navigate and excel as they transition into their college years, and of course engaged them with fun activities.

As long as there are students who are dreaming for a brighter future, initiatives like Project Katuparaan are more important than ever. They serve as a compass, guiding these young aspirants towards a future that is waiting to be shaped by them.

As they say, “Dream big, prepare bigger, and achieve the unimaginable.” Project Katuparaan was a testament to this belief, a stepping stone towards turning dreams into reality.
