Abiertas House of Friendship (AHF) is a non-government organization in the Philippines that provides temporary home for needy women and girls, especially u***d mothers, and protect them from the ravages of all forms of immoralities. It was established on November 21, 1930 to honor the memory of Josefa Abiertas, a tireless woman crusader who fought for the downtrodden women and children around her.

She quickly gained the respect and support of prominent leaders in the community who earlier organized the Philippine Women’s Christian Temperance Union (PWCTU) on September 15, 1929. The institution promotes the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual healing and growth of unfortunate women and children as well as help u***d mothers plan their eventual return to society and future of their children. Moreover, they also provide care and nurture for infants, for destitute and orphaned children. Yangco donated a one a half lot on Santolan Road (now Boni Serrano Avenue). There, the first home was constructed in 1965. In response to the growing need for the institution's services, a two-story annex was built on March 10, 1990.
