Wishing the Professional Regulatory Board of Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering (PRBABE), our dedicated Agricultural and Biosystems Engineers (ABEs), colleagues, partners, and the entire Organizing Committee from PRBABE and DA-BAFE a successful and meaningful 4th Anniversary Commemoration of the Signing and Approval of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of RA 10915, the Philippine Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering Act of 2016.
