In 2025, 1,170 students received eyeglasses, resulting in a 328% rise in independent readers, elimination of non‑readers, and a 63% drop in frustrated readers. In a mission to the heart of Sulu, the Rotaract Club of SFDM Malaya Achievers, guided by PDRR Dianna Isabelle Desuyo, engaged directly with an MNLF community.

Transitioning from a history of conflict to a peaceful civilian life is a path filled with systemic hurdles. By conducting a face-to-face needs assessment with community leaders and the 15CMO Battalion, we are laying the groundwork for Project HOPE to provide sustainable, relevant support.

We aren't just delivering resources; we are building trust. We are bridging gaps that have existed for decades because we believe that every community deserves a chance at a peaceful and bright future. 🌟

In partnership with the 15th CMO Battalion and the 100th IB, we distributed reference books, teacher materials, and school supplies to ensure every student is prepared to succeed.

Education is a shared responsibility, and we are proud to stand alongside the Bainglasahun Battalion and our dedicated partners to help these young achievers dream bigger. 🌟

On January 21, 2026, the Rotaract Club of San Francisco Del Monte Malaya Achievers, together with the Hernandez Library, and Atty. Joselito F. Aplacador, turned over ten (10) sacks of rice to the 41st Infantry (Partner for Peace) Battalion in Maimbung, Sulu.

These donations are dedicated to supporting the battalion’s feeding programs, ensuring that our brothers and sisters in the community receive the nutrition they need. Facilitated by the 15CMO Battalion, this initiative highlights how civil-military cooperation can directly address hunger and promote development.

We are honored to support our troops not just in security, but in their humanitarian missions to serve the people. 🇵🇭
