They say learning is a gift that keeps on giving. The ๐๐พ๐ผ-๐๐ฟ๐ผ๐พ๐ผ ๐๐ง๐ค๐๐ง๐๐ข gifted Filipino co-op leaders in agriculture with essential technical skills, innovative farming methods, and leadership strategies to transform farming into a thriving enterprise for members. This year, ICA International Co-operative Alliance-Asia and Pacific and IDACA reconnected with alumni to hear their impact stories and Action Plan updates. The visit's second half took the team to Guimaras for a tour of the Kalamansi Farm, a standout success from the clustering approach of ๐๐ช๐๐ข๐๐ง๐๐จ ๐ฝ๐ง๐๐ฉ๐๐ง๐๐ฃ ๐๐ช๐ก๐ฉ๐-๐๐ช๐ง๐ฅ๐ค๐จ๐ ๐พ๐ค๐ค๐ฅ๐๐ง๐๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐. The farmer-entrepreneur, ๐๐๐ง๐๐๐ง๐๐จ ๐๐๐ฎ๐ก๐๐ฃ, shared how lucrative her Kalamansi farm has been, funding her children's college education.The Kalamansi farm stems from the action plan of ๐

The team capped the day with an ๐๐ซ๐๐ก๐ช๐๐ฉ๐๐ค๐ฃ ๐๐๐๐ฉ๐๐ฃ๐ at Diversion 21 Hotel in Iloilo City, joined by alumni from MiCoop partner co-ops. The visit was a productive, insightful learning moment for all.
