History:
The OLMCP Youth, which stands for Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish Youth, has a history that dates back to 1961 when it was established as one of the pastoral groups within the parish. A notable milestone in the history of OLMCP Youth occurred on November 3, 2006, during the leadership of the late Rev. At that time, the OLMCP Youth Council transitioned into a Ministry within the parish. This change in status reflects the growing importance and responsibilities of the youth group within the church community. As a Ministry, OLMCP Youth likely took on a more structured and official role in contributing to the spiritual and community life of the parish, engaging in various activities, and continuing to serve the needs of the church and its members. This transition marked a significant development in the organization's history, demonstrating its commitment to the parish and its mission. While further records and details may be sought to provide a more comprehensive history, this brief overview highlights the key milestones in the evolution of OLMCP Youth from its establishment in 1961 to becoming a Ministry in 2006 under the leadership of Rev.
