Pioneer Adhesives Foundation Inc. (PAFI) is the corporate foundation of Pioneer Adhesives Inc.

We empower Filipino craftsmen through skills training and strengthen communities through educational support, environmental stewardship, and disaster relief.

In celebration of International Coastal Cleanup 2026, we came together in the spirit of volunteerism and bayanihan for the coastal cleanup drive organized by S**K and PCAPI at Barangay San Miguel, Bauan, Batangas, last September 12.

Anchored on this year’s theme, “Cleaner Seas for Resilient Communities,” the activity highlighted how caring for our seas also means caring for the communities and livelihoods that depend on them.

Together with volunteers from Pioneer Adhesives Inc. and Kooler Industries Inc., we put this commitment into action by helping clear the shoreline of different types of waste. Beyond the activity, it was a meaningful way to give back to the community and protect our coastal environment.

When we care for our seas, we care for our communities. 🌊

“Malasakit moves you to action.” - Kara David, The Bare it All Podcast

On June 8, 2026, an earthquake shook communities across Mindanao, leaving many families in need of support. In the midst of it all, Hazel Lechugas chose to step forward, joining her dad in reaching out to those most affected.

As a six-year Edu-Action grantee, Hazel experienced firsthand how a helping hand can make a difference. Today, she continues to carry that same compassion forward—turning what she once received into something she can now give to others.

Because when compassion touches a life, it can inspire a ripple that reaches many more.

Katibay Eskwela 2025 brought new life to Tranca Elementary School! 💪🎨

Classrooms, chairs, ceilings, blackboards, and railings were repaired and repainted, plus a colorful mural was added to brighten the school.

Students and teachers also had their shoes repaired while some students participated in an environmental talk.

Thank you to all the Katibays for sharing your time and skills—you made a real difference! 💛

Learning about the environment hits different when it’s fun! 💚

Our Edu-Action Grantees turned the Katibay Eskwela 2025 Envi Talk into an engaging experience through conversations on habitats and environmental care, followed by games and hands-on recycling activities.

Our 2025 Katibay Eskwela volunteers came together to help improve and brighten the facilities of Tranca Elementary School.

Through teamwork and shared purpose, we created safer, cleaner, and more inspiring spaces for the students.
