The program aims to increase the number of highly qualified nursing professionals by providing financial assistance to Filipino nurses pursuing advanced education. Through this initiative, HFI seeks to expand access to professional development opportunities, strengthen the country's nursing workforce, and help address the growing demand for skilled healthcare professionals across diverse healthcare settings. By investing in the education and leadership potential of nurses, the program aspires to enhance the quality of patient care, support the resilience of the Philippine healthcare system, and contribute to improved health outcomes for communities nationwide.
