📸✨ EVENT RECAP | PROJECT MEDSHIELD: SWIFT ACTION, LASTING CARE ✨📸

On 30 July 2026, the Association of Reservists and Reservist Administrators of the Philippines Inc. (ARRAPI), in partnership with the 11th Infantry "Alakdan" Division, Philippine Army, successfully launched Project MedShield: Swift Action, Lasting Care in Jolo, Sulu.
The activity highlighted ARRAPI's commitment to strengthening healthcare, disaster preparedness, reservist participation, and community development through the turnover of medical and humanitarian assistance equipment, the oathtaking of the ARRAPI Sulu Chapter officers, and a gift-giving activity for pupils of Jati Elementary School.
Together with our partners, ARRAPI continues to champion initiatives that promote resilient communities and a stronger Reserve Force in support of the Armed Forces of the Philippines.

📸✨ EVENT RECAP | ARRAPI OPERATION: GIFT OF SMILES – BATANES MISSION ✨🎁

On 08 May 2026, the Association of Reservists and Reservist Administrators of the Philippines Inc. (ARRAPI) successfully conducted Operation: Gift of Smiles – Batanes Mission at 📍 Basco Central School, Batanes.

The outreach activity was conducted in partnership with OJ9, Northern Luzon Command, Tactical Operations Wing Reserve – Northern Luzon (TOW(R)-NOL), Tactical Operations Wing Reserve – Southern Luzon (TOW(R)-SOL), Judge Advocate General's Service (JAGS) Reserve, Marine Brigade Reserve - NL, and the 27th Naval Affiliated Reserve Group (27th NARG).

The activity brought joy and support to young learners through the 🎀 ceremonial turnover of a renovated classroom, 🎒 distribution of school bags and supplies, and 🧸 gift-giving activities.

The program was graced by ARRAPI Chairperson BGEN MICHAEL L. ROMERO PAF (RES), representatives from DepEd, local officials, and stakeholders who expressed their continued support for initiatives that promote education and community development.

Through this mission, ARRAPI reaffirmed its commitment to serving communities and inspiring hope—one smile at a time 😊

📸 EVENT RECAP | GENERAL ASSEMBLY 2026

On 18 April 2026, the Association of Reservists and Reservist Administrators of the Philippines Inc. (ARRAPI) successfully held its General Assembly Meeting at the National Defense College of the Philippines (NDCP), Camp General Emilio Aguinaldo, Quezon City

The event gathered 155 reservists onsite, with additional members participating online, reflecting strong engagement from the reserve community.
A key highlight of the assembly was the Election of the Board of Trustees for the new term.

The newly elected Board of Trustees is composed of COL EMMANUEL D. PACQUIAO PA (RES), LTC MARIA JOSEFINA SAN JUAN-TORRES PA (MNSA)(RES), and LTC LEILANIE F. CASA PA (MNSA)(GSC)(RES) representing the Philippine Army; BGEN MICHAEL L. ROMERO PAF (RES) and LTC DONALD PATRICK L. LIM PAF (GSC)(RES) representing the Philippine Air Force; LTC VLADIMIR T. MATA PN(M) (MNSA)(RES) and CDR PETER P. NEGRIDO PN (GSC)(RES) representing the Philippine Navy; and COL JESSICA ANNE MARGUERRITE R. LACSON-HIZON JAGS (GSC)(RES) representing the Technical & Administrative Service.

Congratulations to all newly elected members of the Board of Trustees! We look forward to your leadership, dedication, and service in advancing ARRAPI’s mission.

📸 EVENT RECAP | 2ID@50 Founding Anniversary

On 27 March 2026, the Association of Reservists and Reservist Administrators of the Philippines Inc. (ARRAPI) is proud to share that its Board of Trustees was recognized with a 🏅 Stakeholder Award during the 50th Founding Anniversary of the 2nd Infantry (Jungle Fighter) Division, Philippine Army, held at Camp General Mateo Capinpin, Tanay, Rizal.

This recognition highlights ARRAPI’s continued commitment to supporting the mission of the Armed Forces of the Philippines and strengthening partnerships in service of the nation.

With the theme “2ID@50: Ang Inyong Matatag na Hukbong Katihan sa Timog Katagalugan,” the event brought together key stakeholders in celebrating five decades of dedicated service.

📸 EVENT RECAP | “Tulong sa Pagsulong” Outreach Program

On 26 March 2026, the Association of Reservists and Reservist Administrators of the Philippines Inc. (ARRAPI), led by BGEN Michael L. Romero PAF (RES), successfully conducted the “Tulong sa Pagsulong” Outreach Program at CERAB, Capas, Tarlac.

The activity was carried out in coordination with the 790th Air Base Group, the 2nd Air Reserve Center (2nd ARCEN), the Tactical Operations Wing Reserve Northern & Southern Luzon (TOWR NL & TOWR SL), and the ARRAPI Naga Chapter.

The initiative provided meaningful support to the Aeta community residing within Colonel Ernesto Ravina Air Base (CERAB). Over 300 Aeta families received essential grocery assistance, along with free medical and dental services, addressing immediate needs and promoting overall well-being.

Beyond relief efforts, the program aims to create sustainable opportunities through its key phases:

🌱 Phase 1 – Community Farm Development
Establishment of farming areas and provision of tools and training for Aeta families.
🛍 Phase 2 – Livelihood Selling Area
A dedicated space within CERAB for Indigenous Peoples to sell produce and products.
🏥 Phase 3 – Medical & Food Mission
Distribution of food packs and delivery of medical and dental services.

“Tulong sa Pagsulong” reflects ARRAPI’s commitment to empowering Indigenous Peoples toward self-reliance and sustainable livelihoods.
