The Electronic Financials Users’ Circle (EUC), Inc. initially started in 2006 as an association of users and enthusiasts of the Electronic New Government Accounting System and Electronic Budget System, which was developed and rolled out by the Commission on Audit in a big number of agencies nationwide. In 2008, it was registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission as Electronic Financials Users’ (EUC), Inc. to include in the scope of its membership those who are using not only e-NGAS and e-Budget systems but also other financial management information systems. Today, the EUC has evolved to be an association of public financial management professionals who utilize Information and Communications Technology as a tool for productivity, transparency and accountability. Management Team
The Board of Directors decided to create a Steering Committee from among its Members who are users of the e-NGAS and e-Budget System, who will give direction in the overall operations of the Business Unit, oversees its operations and report to the Board on matters pertaining to the Business Unit. The Steering Committee directly reports to the Board of Directors.

We kicked off our final 𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗼𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 with a fun and competitive 𝗷𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗱𝘀 𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗿 to get everyone energized before continuing our deep dive into the topic! 🧠⚡

After a highly informative session, we opened the floor for an engaging 𝗤𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗻𝘀𝘄𝗲𝗿 segment where our speaker, 𝗠𝗿. 𝗕𝗿𝘆𝗮𝗻 𝗦. 𝗕𝗶𝗴𝗮𝗹𝗯𝗮𝗹, expertly addressed our attendees' valuable inquiries. 🙋‍♀️💬

What a 𝐟𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐤𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐨𝐟𝐟 to 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟏 of our seminar yesterday! 🎉

We started the morning strong with an inspiring set of welcome remarks from our President, 𝐌𝐫. 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐨 𝐀𝐥𝐞𝐣𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐨 𝐃𝐋. 𝐌𝐚𝐠𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐨, setting the perfect tone for the event.

A huge thank you to our incredible guest speaker, 𝐌𝐬. 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐬 𝐉𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐨, for sharing their valuable insights with us.
