Alyza Taguilaso's debut poetry collection Juggernaut wins the 2025 Madrigal Gonzalez Best First Book Award!

The award honors debut authors every year, alternating between Filipino and English books, given by Likhaan: University of the Philippines Institute of Creative Writing and the Madrigal Gonzalez family.

The ceremony was held at the Manila Polo Club earlier today, attended by previous winners and judges to celebrate the award's 25th year.
