Welcome to National Mental Health Week 2026! Let us gather together to promote everyone's Mental Strength!

Pursuant to Proclamation No. 432, the Philippine Mental Health Association, Inc. (PMHA) officially launches National Mental Health Week 2026, happening from October 5 to 10, 2026.

Building on the foundation laid during our 75th Anniversary, we are continuing our work to turn LAKAS ISIP into a sustained, nationwide movement.

This year, we are taking our landmark campaign further—officially pivoting LAKAS ISIP from a milestone celebration into a sustained, nationwide movement for systemic support, community resilience, and individual empowerment.

A Meaningful Milestone for Mental Wellness 💙

A vision for mental wellness takes another step forward as we break ground for the PMHA Wellness Center, a generous project of JCI Manila in partnership with the Philippine Mental Health Association (PMHA), Inc.

This milestone is also a testament to what collective action can achieve. The project was made possible through the Color Run organized by JCI Manila to raise funds for the establishment of the Wellness Center—turning a shared commitment to mental health into a tangible space for connection, well-being, and hope.

Led by JCI Manila President Mr. Edison Ke and PMHA President Architect Mariano Arce Jr., this marks the beginning of a shared vision to create a space that nurtures mental health, healing, and hope.

Building more than a center—we’re building a future where mental wellness has a home. 💙
