NOTICE OF EXPULSION
Dear Jehmuel "Joker" Venerayan,
This serves as formal notice that, following the disciplinary proceedings and final hearing conducted on July 22, 2026, at 6:00 PM at Quest Residence, and after careful evaluation of the evidence, reports, records, and the recommendation of the Chapter Judiciary Committee, the Officers of the BMA Tatalon Community Chapter have resolved to impose upon you the penalty of EXPULSION from the Chapter.
The Committee found that you committed serious violations of your duties and obligations as a Triskelion member, including but not limited to:
1. Dishonoring Chapter Officers.
2. Disrespecting the Grand Triskelion.
3. Loss of the Chapter's official records and logbook while under your custody.
4. Repeated failure to attend mandatory Chapter meetings without valid justification.
5. Failure to remit, account for, or properly explain Chapter funds entrusted to your custody.
6. Gross neglect of your fraternal duties, responsibilities, and obligations.
7. Failure to comply with previous disciplinary directives and suspension notices issued by the Chapter.
The Chapter further finds that, despite repeated notices, preventive suspensions, and opportunities to explain your side and rectify your conduct, you failed to satisfactorily address the allegations against you and failed to uphold the standards of discipline, responsibility, and brotherhood expected of every Triskelion.
Accordingly, effective immediately upon receipt of this Notice:
• You are hereby EXPELLED from the BMA Tatalon Community Chapter. EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATLEY
• Your membership in the Chapter is terminated, and you shall immediately cease representing yourself as a member, officer, or authorized representative of the Chapter.
• You are prohibited from participating in any Chapter meetings, programs, activities, projects, or official functions.
• You shall no longer exercise any rights, privileges, authority, or responsibilities granted to members of the Chapter.
• You are directed to immediately surrender all Chapter properties in your possession, including but not limited to official records, logbooks, documents, identification cards, financial records, Chapter funds, equipment, keys, and any other property belonging to the Chapter.
This decision has been rendered pursuant to the disciplinary authority vested in the Chapter and after you were afforded the opportunity to be heard in accordance with the Chapter's disciplinary procedures.
Copies of this Notice shall be furnished to the Metro Manila Regional Council, Triskelion Council of Quezon City, Tatalon Sector of Quezon City, Carlos L. Albert High School, and all concerned Triskelion bodies for their information and appropriate action.
